You posted exactly what I was thinking. I watched it live on Fox, I thought the sledge hammer gal was going to puke.
I hope they file charges against the four on the top and the few with the ropes.

Dang, now they are going to get the CPSC to ban all these killer statues.

I hope it messes with their heads for the rest of their lives, along with whatever criminal charges they deserve.

  • The statue fell on Green, injuring his head, and he was rushed to a hospital
  • Wife Tonieh Brisbane-Green said her husband flatlined twice and was placed in a coma after the incident
  • He's currently hospitalized, but stable and responding to neurological tests
  • Protesters during demonstrations have defaced Confederate monuments, which many believe are a reminder of racism and slavery
  • An investigation into the incident was opened and authorities are deciding if they will file charges
