Send it back to Remington and have them fix it, sounds like they are the ones who created the issue.Headspace issue after a bolt replacement. Remington replaced the bolt but the firing pin will not strike the primer with sufficient force to set it off. A local retired gunsmith who no longer has the tools said the barrel would need to be turned to adjust the headspace so that's what I'm going on. I really don't know but it sounds reasonalbe to me.

Never had any work done by him but have heard good things. If it were mine, I'd mail it off to LRI, Bugholes, etc.
