Introduced in the House of Representatives by Representative Norma Torres (D-CA). The legislation is officially known as H.R. 4324. The title is “The Multiple Firearm Sales Reporting Modernization Act of 2019.” On the face of it, it does seem unobjectionable – but on closer examination, it’s a bad bill and makes the situation worse for law-abiding citizens who wish to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

Common Sense or Commie Sense?

Rule of law is dead. Time to start ignoring laws, especially commie ones. It's been proven in the minority communities that if the masses forcibly resist having law enforced the enforcers quickly go home.

What would be even better than ignoring the laws is to declare your area immune from them and actively work with your sheriff to establish a militia that will defend against any attempts to enforce said laws.

The justification for the current reporting requirement, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, is to fight firearms trafficking. The ATF reportedly estimates that half of illegally trafficked guns start out as straw purchases.

LMFAO.

Now, current laws for firearms trafficking are pretty harsh, especially when the person is buying the guns for criminals, drug dealers, fugitives, etc.

Unless you are a representative of .gov; then, you can facilitate the trafficking of firearms to say, foreign drug cartels, with no repercussions at all...even when those firearms are used in the murder of USCBP agents.

Still waiting for someone to be held accountable for that, other than the dude who pulled the trigger. Someone at high levels took their marching orders from AG Holder and I’m sure he took his from his boss.

At some point, you have to stop doing what you’re told to do and instead, do what is right. If that means you independently collect evidence and blow the whistle, then blow the MFer.

Of course, if you do that, it most likely means you’re going to get Epsteined.
