Halloween '18 Costume Idea

I know it is early yet and I don't usually go to Halloween parties, but if I did this year, I think I'd make up a costume to go as:

Ruth Bader Ginsberg's Resignation Letter.*

*Decided this was too facetious for the serious discussions in the Politics section.

Her "resignation letter", if delivered sometime in the next 6 years, will simply be an obituary. She's going nowhere while Trump is President.
