A birthday party was held for my wife’s 92 year old mother today. She has a friend at the assisted living home who brought this, I thought you might like to see it. This was on the occasion of the Great War

Friend of mine was keynote speaker at our local Veterans Day ceremony. Purple Heart recipient and Marine Corps veteran, joined after 9/11. Humvee was hit by an IED in Iraq. Also had three WWII veterans who were 100 or over. Two served in both WWII and Korea.
