Yes, intended that way. Your OP coincides with that finest of American national holidays, and I was just covering my bases. That translates as not today, comrade... as Comrade Lenin would say "добро пожаловать товарищ (dobro pozhalovat' tovarishch (welcome comrade)! Thanks for the welcome; lots of friendly folks here!
Yes, I retired here in SW VA 21 years ago after working for No Such Agency (otherwise known as the National Security Agency) for 25 yrs in Maryland; I was so glad to leave that state! I also like western NC; especially Lenoir and area since my parents and sister and brother-in-law lived there for many years.Yes, intended that way. I can relate - I spent an 18 year lifetime serving DoD/DoE there in the 80s and 90s. Shot at On Target and was a member of Stemmers Run R&P.I was so glad to leave that state!
Yes; I shot with the 7th Virginia Volunteer Infantry Regt in the N-SSA near Winchester for about 20 years until the 300 mile trip from Cripple Creek became too much because of arthritis and eye problems; now I shoot at Wilderness Road Muzzleloaders which is just 5 miles from my house.I can relate - I spent an 18 year lifetime serving DoD/DoE there in the 80s and 90s.
