May just be manufacturer of that case. 300 blk has that issue to the point that there is a list of cases that can't be used cause the metal is .00000000001 too thick.

What is the brand of ammunition that you are trying to use? Have you ever used it before? Henry does offer a lifetime warranty on all of their products. If you can't solve the issue on your own, I would suggest contacting Henry to arrange for a warranty repair. Check your owners manual for details on how to do this.

Is the ammo corroded, is the brass in good shape? Have you tried any other kind of ammo? If the ammo hasn't been properly stored, that could be your problem. I would definitely rule out the ammo before I started blaming the rifle.

When I got my golden boy 22 mag, I had an issue with spent shells would not eject . Didn't. Matter what ammo I used. Had to send it back to Henry. They said there was a burr on the chamber. Haven't had any issue since I got it back.
