I thought most employees have been doing that for years. I can’t find one 90% of the times or they seem to turn away once you make eye contact. Walmart employees that work the ammo counter have been setting the standard for years.
And many, if they submitted DNA to AncestryDNA.com, would comeback with pretty decent percentage Big Foot DNA.I thought most employees have been doing that for years. Ain't no way an ignoramoooose like me woulda Ever got any hose clamps!!!!I posted this the other day in some other thread...
I needed a couple hose couplings. Ordered them on HD’s site for in-store pickup. The order was ready about 30 minutes later. When I got to the store, there was an area of the parking lot marked off for online pickups. A sign instructed to call their number and they would bring the order to the car. When I called, I was told to find the large cabinet near the front door. It looked like those coin operated storage cabinets at airports. You walk up, punch in a pin or scan the qr code and the door pops open. Nobody near or breathing on you.
Nah...even you could do it.Ain't no way an ignoramoooose like me woulda Ever got any hose clamps!!!!
I picked up a small order from HD yesterday - I bought it from them instead of Lowe's because of the vending machine pickup arrangement. It took me about a minute to grab the goods, and get out of the store. A hint: have the qr code on your phone screen before you go in.I posted this the other day in some other thread...

Good point. But, if you scan the code you don't have to use the keypad.Even better idea: Make sure you have something between you and the keypad. Paper towel, glove, something. Don't touch the keypads! If nothing else, wipe it down with an alcohol prep pad before using it. Something is better than nothing.......

Just run out the door. Nobody will stop you.If I just get to the store I would call it a victory........I still have trouble with self-checkout.
I operated out of the HD HQ in ATL during Florence. They use those aprons very effectively to quickly determine your job/position.
