I've always been a black coffee in the morning and never past noon kinda guy, but over Christmas break I began to indulge in the occasional late in the day cup of joe.
Unfortunately, caffeine that late in the day really keeps me up at night. I tried decaf, but the magic was not there. I think coffee is, for me, best kept to the mornings.
However, that did lead me down a path of trying to find nice hot beverage on a cold night. After some googling and reading, I heard about something called Rooibos tea.
It reminds me of black tea, but more subtle and no caffeine. It's a little earthier and the brew is distinctly copper red. I've been enjoying it with a splash of cream.
Has anyone else ever tried Rooibos?
What about other caffeine free teas? Any recommendations?
