How much snow are the liars saying ?

Started getting a few flakes mixed with rain over here in Rutherfordton but nothing is sticking. I will be interesting tomorrow morning when all the water has frozen overnight.

Snowing pretty good in Northeast Winston...accumulating on the grass, but not sticking to paved surfaces.

Snowing here in lower Alamance. Not heavy & not really cold enough to stick yet, but it's turned my yard white within 30 minutes or so.

'N I just had to mow my yard on Tue. WTH?

Thanks for all the hot air, flight got in early, had hurricane level tail winds.

Currently snowing in Weddington.

That's just a smidgen less than I saw at the house when I got home. When I left work in South high point the secondary roads were a little slushy, primaries were just wet.

No complaints here.

Slushy mix in Lumberton now...... hoping the drive to work in the morning isn't an icy mess.

Have to take the Mrs in early tomorrow to CFV hospital for day surgery. They're gonna laser the huge kidney stones in her left kidney.
Yay.

Wagram has a teeny little bit of patchy snow that's trying to hold on....lol.

The tiny snow among the oakleaf hydrangea stalks!

My front porch rail while I sit here in the dark. Lost power about an hour ago and patiently wait for the wonderful lineman to get us back going. Estimate is 1:15 but I’m in no rush. Thankful for those that brave the elements.

Literally just enough snow to be irritating...cancel school...but not be the end of the week scenario I was hoping for...stupid global warming.

Side roads are gonna be fun in the AM. Good thing I ain't gotta work till Sunday.
This ^^^^ is going to be the issue in the morning.

I’ll go into work a little late to let the idiots that just have to be there at rush hour get out of the way. Last night on 85/40 I was just waiting for one of them idiots that were weaving in and out of the lanes, going 20 mph faster than everyone else to just lose it on some icy slush.

I came in at my normal time this morning. While there *might* have been a little ice here and there, they just seemed wet. I didn't notice any ice or have any issues. People were generally driving with caution and common sense for the conditions. Kinda surprising.

Biggest problem I had was opening the car, all 4 doors were frozen shut. Had to pound on the perimeter of the door for a few minutes to break it loose.

Watch out for that ruthless tricky black ice...
