I have unchecked everything I can find under 'preferences' and 'alert preferences' to not be alerted when someone replies in a thread I have posted in, to no avail. Nor do I check the 'watch this thread' when I post something.

I'll most likely check the forum periodically, and I would prefer to not have to spend time deleting emails about responses, especially when I am out and they keep coming up on my phone.

Not using Tapatalk? It has separate notification preferences.
I've only deselected Preferences: 'Automatically watch' and 'receive email notification of replies'. I only get emails for conversations.
You may need a mod/admin to dig deeper.

I can help you when I get home tonight. It might be late but I'll shoot you a pm

Nope, I hate entering text on a phone, and its second guessing what I am trying to say. It can wait till I get to something with a real keyboard. When I'm not home, forums are the furthest thing from my mind, and why the emails annoy me. I also don't 'do' facebook, twitter, etc. Sad to see people out around people, yet their 'social interaction' is on their phone.

Hear, hear!

Hope you get it worked out soon.

Have you tried logging out of CFF and then logging back in?
