HVAC question

I just had the seasonal HVAC service and as part of it, the tech records various readings. Here's one I have a question on

Indoor fan amps: .4A (120?) ~50W
Outdoor fan amps .4A (120?) ~50W
Compressor Amps 2.29 (240) ~552W

I'm pretty sure this is steady state, not startup , but I'm surprised at the relatively low power drain. Am I missing something here?

This is a relatively new Trane heat pump. What I'm surprised about is that this is less than 700W .

What have I overlooked? Even with starting surge, it should be less that 1500w peak?

That looks about right for the indoor and outdoor fans. Compressor amps will vary based on outdoor temp and if its variable speed or not.
