Fairly sure I've bought everything in this picture from fourm members. So a big thanks.

Its a CZ Bren 805 Carbine. I'd buy a 16" S2 if they had one but it came down to 805 v ACR v SCAR 16. And this popped up on the fourms and I went for it.

I thought so, until thinking of a pistol failure in the field, and needing a replacement... good luck. I love them, but will stick with DI due to ease of part interchangeability.

Hell, I guess you could just swap uppers if you ever found another AR

Fixing a piston is easier than changing a gas tube, but like you said you could just get another upper

If you were ever in a bad spot, finding piston parts, or even piston AR’s compared to a DI gun will be unlikely lol

So I brought it out too the range today. Zeroed it at 25, went over to the 100 and promptly figured out 55gr isn't the best to shoot out of a 1 in 7 barrel. Off of bags I was all over the place.

    How much these things weigh?

The SBR looks pretty sweet. Worth the cost of stamp, if it were me.

NKD right after that group in late Sept., I pulled the Trijicon off and swapped a Holosun GDS on it and it is 8# 3 oz. As pictured it was a pound heavier. The SBR is a little nose heavy but it is a soft shooting rifle.
