So i received a free upper from a friend who was given the upper here is the build list it worked fine for the 1st mag all i have had time to put through it so far.
Uppper- its a mystery maybe a psa upper who knows free$
Lower- i got a radical lower from a coworker who bought 3 during the good times of firearm prices for 120$
Bolt carrier- found a deal on a areo precision on optics planet for 120$
Chargeing handle- so my other ar has a scope on it i makeing it difficult to charge with standard chargeing handle so i bought a ambi one that was wider off ar15discounts.com for around 30$ and just put the stock one on this rifle
Optics-when i put a scope on my other ar i had this ultradot matchdot 2 laying around i think i have 100$ in it
Furniture- the lower came with a pretty terrible buttstock and a standard pistol grip so i took the buttstock i had laying around from my 1st ar and and threw it on its bigger than the tiny one that came with the radical lower. as for the grip i added a magpul grip that was 20$ i dont like te basic ones with thr finger goove and prefer one with a beavertail.
So overall cost from things of things i didet have laying around is 280$ so i would say pretty good for putting together a seemingly functional ar15
future plans for the rifle- i plan to camo spray paint it because the upper was already painted and get a sling. I will probably use its as a truck gun i have a good hiding spot in my vehicle that will fit a thin basic rifle.
