I had a epiphany!!!!!!

I can see the targets.
The sights? Not so much.

Sgt. Alvin York would get a kick out of today's speed first reasoning. He knew and proved the necessity of placed shots by using sight alignment and trigger control both with the rifle and the 1911. When pushed to shoot the 1911 he used the same principles he used for rifle shooting and was effective. I doubt he would change his reasoning by any of the modern demonstrations of pistol handling.

I'm starting to notice the simple things. My accuracy was terrible yesterday and common sense set in.
At the indoor range I use it hit me today that using a target with a bullseye I could pick up so much quicker than decide where to shoot on a IDPA target. I guess I need to sartbshooting just IDPA targets in a outdoor setting.
