So I impulse bought a deactivated RPG-7 and I'm trying to figure out what to do with it once I reactivate it. I'll post pics here once I get it and more when I get it form 1'd and reactivated.
I'm looking for ideas on what to shoot with it once it's reactivated.
* I can't find any subcal kits outside of random forum references so I think I'm SOL there.
* I found some 3d print models for dummy rounds. I was thinking about making some sort of ignition system and shoving a model rocket motor into one (or make some r-candy and hope no one asks questions).
* I don't really want to litter everywhere with shards of plastic though. I might be able to make a foam mold for a nerf football or something so it'll be somewhat reusable like this. Maybe mold some chalk nose cones?
* I might be able to modify a can cannon to fit in the warhead area of a printed warhead with a hole in the front. Maybe print the tip that's removed and attach it to the front of the can
* All of these are going to need to figure out a way to transfer the perpendicular firing pin into something useful. The rocket engine one might be able to use something simple like a percussion cap/nipple in the side to ignite it. Maybe have a little initial charge for some sustained heat. Maybe an electric model rocket igniter and a switch where the firing pin hits
* find a subcal trainer, thread it for rifle grenades, suppress it
