I did my homework on these about 18 months ago and wound up buying from the same dealer on GB. On my assessment, this is in excellent condition with original finish (only flag I want to dig in a little more on is the fire-blued parts, which are so lustrous...). Even if pieces have been refinished, it's all matching and at this price (currently ~$1200) would still be a good buy IMO.
