So I picked up this indoor smokless butane fueled grill for Korean BBQ. It has an induction design so it is suppose to be smokeless. I prepped up a 8 different side dishes today and marinated 3 different meats. Bulgogi (Ribeye), Kalbi (Boneless Short Rib) and Doenjang Pork on skewers. The grill worked really well. Almost no smoke. The house still smells like BBQ but that is not really a bad thing. It is about the same as when we sear steaks under the broiler. The cool thing this table top grill is that you can make the BBQ as you go and eat while it cooks just like you would at a Korean restaurant. It came with a smaller grill grate which was good for 2 people but we also ordered a larger one which should at least double its capacity. I was super happy with the results.
