Installing a Big Dot Sight on a S&W 642?

I would like to install a Big Dot Sight on a 642. The XS Sights web site has directions on how to do it that requires filing or milling down the fixed front sight and then epoxying on the Big Dot.
This is not something that think I can accomplish so I am looking for a Gunsmith who has done this before.

I think for something like that, I would reach out to Cylinder and Slide. Something about having a front sight that is epoxied on........ Not sure if Ricky (Maverick Gunworks in Mebane) has ever done anything like that, but would be worth a call to talk through if nothing else.
