Can you have a crime without a victim?So I don’t th8nk that this is cool, but I also don’t get the sheriff saying that he’s investigating it as a hate crime. It seems that he’s guessing at the first part, and entirely lacking the second. This was probably the guys way of flipping off the local ordnance requiring face coverings.
