I bought a Remora IWB used and it was not sticky from the start. I have a mag carrier that is sticky. I tried the dawn soap wash to the outside but it didn’t make it sticky. Anything else to try or do they just wear out after a while? I never really used it because it was not sticky from when I bought it.
