Not to belabor an issue, but this is another example of where people need to stop believing in the superstition that govt agents can be bestowed with super Santa Claus powers If you accept that people can't give to others things they don't have then things like politicians (and judges) carrying while trying to deny others falls apart. Think about it. Certain individuals are falsely claiming to have special rights and are willing to use force to deny that of others. The people need to be equally willing to use force against those who would deny them and claim special rights. It's called legitinate self defense. As @SPM said, things like burning effigies and nooses were effective warnings to politicians like this. Those that didn't heed the warning got dealt with. Of course now, the politicians try to declare that warning them of misdeed is grounds for use of force against you. Folks, you're not going to solve this nonsense by voting.
Look at it this way, the good judge didn't lose his pistol attempting to do a black flip.
