So I've been wanting a new shotgun. I wanted to try a semi auto again the mossberg 935 I bought in 2006 left a bad taste. So I've been looking around for something reliable in a 26" barrel 3" chamber. I liked the feel and looks of the Winchester SX3 years ago.When I saw the SX4 I was instantly drawn to it. It is one of the best shouldering Shottys I've ever picked up. I've been mostly a Remington man having an 870 thats killed all kinds of stuff. But I really liked the SX4. So I pm'd @knifeman32 and he told me what he could get me one for ( as usual an incredible price) Somehow he found time between having a baby running his business and taking care of his family for my to stop by and get it today. I know most of y'all know how good of a guy Jerek is but I just want to say it again that he is literally the only place I buy firearms from now! His service is head a shoulders above the majority of gun stores! So if your not using him or haven't your missing out!
 
Jerek is always neck deep in paperwork whenever I walk past his booth.

Yep, dude runs a business like it should be. I bought a pistol from him on a Saturday at the last Concord show, and he definitely makes sure you know he appreciates your business. I then sent a buddy looking to buy his first AR in to see Jerek on Sunday. He later came by to show me his purchase, and he spoke about how nice it was to deal with Jerek, and how easy the deal was. BBS is awesome to deal with.
 
I'm on a waiting list with Jerek right now. He got one in similar to what I'm wanting and notified me to see if I might want it. Shows how he keeps his customers in mind. Even ones like me who don't buy that many guns. I recommend BBS to all my friends.

I've bought 6 from him since I discovered him on May 27th. :eek:

One of those was something I mentioned in passing I was looking for and is almost impossible to find. Not only did he remember, he found it for me. :D

I've bought two guns from Jerek in the last few months. The only thing I can say is I wish I'd had found him sooner. You can't beat his prices. He got both guns for me that he did not have in stock and held them for me without a deposit even though I had never done any prior business with him. I'll only be buying from him from now on. I stopped by his tables but he had people lined up to do the paperwork on their purchases. He didn't have what I was looking for so I didn't even bother looking further at the other dealers. When the show is over I'll be emailing him with what I'm looking for to see if he can get it.
 
An hour drive for me. It would be nice if they got their website up and running.

At least with some inventory if they don't want to publish prices.

If he's as good as you guys say, I would be open to checking with him for a used revolver this spring.

He turns inventory so fast it wouldn't do too much for him to try to keep it up. And he's not an hour drive away...as he really doesn't have a storefront. His business is basically ~48 gun shows a year. He'll bring whatever you want to the show closest to you.

There's only one change I wish Jerek would make to his business.

If he created a company called Backwoods Beneficial Sanctuary, I could buy & charge all the guns I wanted and "The Finance Committee" :eek: would be happy to see the charges on the monthly credit card statement.

The only wrinkle would be calculating our charitable contributions at tax time. :D
