Lol that’s a clear negative on both
I'm guessing the brass came that way. I've got 300+ other pieces that were fired from this gun with no issues. Maybe one slipped through the cracks me up at the factoryWow. I have never seen that happen in a bolt gun. I would be checking the chamber throat very carefully. Can not see how it could happen on ejection. If you figure it out please post.

Looks like someone took a coax crimping tool to the neck.Does this one look ok? Should I have a gunsmith look at my chamber?
