Tragic story for sure, and I mean not to make light of it. But the article says the mans surname was "Wu"...and my first thought was if it was in America it would be like "a man with the surname of Johnson" which is as vague as possible.

I don’t know what is so difficult for some to understand that you cannot legislate evil. This tragic as all the murders of innocent people. But guns aren’t the cause. They are a tool, like any other tool, it’s all about who is using it and their intentions.
