Knife mods....

I've found info here on the forum in random posts over the years for various mods for EDC knives.

Primarily from Wisemen Company and Lynch NW.

Wisemen makes finger rings and Emerson Wave hooks ("Fang") for various Spyderco models.

Lynch NW makes pocket clips that carry deeper in the pocket for various knife models.

So, my question....if you know of other sites that sell items that make good knives great, post them here.

I modify mine by using them as a screwdriver when I shouldn't. Then after I break one and cuss a little I get to grind it into "not a screwdriver" again 😁

The deep carry clips are awesome and should really be on most knives right out of the box.

Any idea if any of those deep clips work with an Eafengrow? I don’t have any of the name-brand knives to compare them to.

Doubt it. None that I currently own would seem to at least.

I saw a guy attach a zip tie through the hole on a Spyderco Delica and cut off the tab that purported to work in the same capacity as the Emerson wave blade. Ive tried it a few times on different Spydercos, and it works fairly well. Sort of a thrifty man’s Wave 😄.

Bladeswelove has a ton of replacement scales, colored screws, and deep carry clips for lots of popular knives. I think they even do custom modded knives. They have a website but it is easier to just buy from their EBay store.

Gonna roll with this a while. Its a Spyderco Yojimbo 2. This is one is the sharpest production knives I've ever bought.
