So I dropped my auto drum and broke a little nubbie thing off the gear that turns the drum. Called Lee and told them that I dropped it . He said no problem and 4 days later I have my piece. 30 minutes later and a few cuss words and its ready to rock.

Needless to say their customer service is on point.

I did similar with my autodrum installed on the press and couldn't get it to drop powder, sent e-mail of what was going on and attached photos of my die/drum at both top and bottom stroke. Guy says you have the wrong expander plug in the die points an arrow at the spring on the dropper, was a new expander in the mail a couple days later. THEN....a few weeks later, I felt pressure and kept pulling the handle, borked the sector gear. I sent e-mail, within a couple hours I had a tracking number. Between Lee and Lucky 13's Customer Service I will be a customer of both for a long time to come.

Wish all companies would respond like Lee. Would make life a whole lot better.
