“Obstructing Government Operation” ... guess that’s their way of saying tying up LEO resources. Hope they treat it like a false fire alarms and which have fines of around $500 or so to cover costs to roll as well as community service/probation to punish.

I don’t believe that Brantner’s motives had much of anything to do with open carry rights. Brantner’s was looking for a confrontation of a different type. Perhaps a lawsuit to be quickly settled by the city of Lincoln.
