Wouldn't vacuum sealing a hard container work as well??
Looks interesting from a marketing perspective!
Create an industrial looking bottle, fill it with "filtered" tap water, sell it for $5 per liter.
Thee are cheaper solutions, including canning your own water, that are just as good.
