Looking for someone that knows the value of M1 carbine Underwood receiver and parts.
We have an Underwood receiver with barrel and stock that we are looking to sell. All parts are
in average condition/shape. Any advice would be appreciated.

They are worth absolutely what some one is willing to pay for them. No more no less. I'll take em. I'll give you 100 Dinars, 5 Pesos, 25 Rubles, 2.50 Yen, 50 Dollars, a brick of 22 LR, and 500 lead 45 ACP pills. May throw in a pregnant cat if needed for that extra wow factor. Seriously though if you get a price on it let us know. I very well may be interested in it. Please post pics. Is this a line out receiver?

Photos go a long ways towards trying to put a value on any milsurp. For instance, does it have a bayonet lug from a refurbishment... are the parts marked in any way.. etc. A winchester M1 carbine barreled receiver sold for a bit over 600 bucks as a reference. Complete underwood rifles run 900-1100ish depending on how rebuilt/original they are.

Here are some pics of what we have. No idea what a "line out receiver" is.

Looks like you have a M1 carbine with a m2 stock, that is missing a trigger group, bolt, and maybe other parts. Depending on whether it is import marked, on the barrel, and what the finish is like will mean a lot to a collector or serious buyer. And that is hard to determine without actually looking at it. From what I can see It has all the late feature of the carbines, and isn't as desirable as one with earlier features. That being said any M1 carbine is a collectable firearm nowdays. I really cant really put a price on it unless I could further determine what might be missing.

We removed the M1/M2 transferable machine gun conversion kit. The Underwood receiver, no line, barrel marked Underwood with Bomb logo/symbol, no other markings on barrel, and the
stock set which is well worn. All other parts we removed to sell separately as part of the machine gun conversion kit. Any value you could give would help. I am looking to move the item on to a new home at a good price.

Maybe you could price out everything it would take to complete the gun and figure the overall value that way. No one would be happy buying that one and then learning it would cost more than a whole one.

It still will be a parts gun regardless.

From what I can gather by searching internet and asking around, might be $200 to $300 for parts needed replace the missing parts.
I have seen just the barrel without import marks listed on Gunbroker for $300.

Also forgot to mention that I am a dummy when it comes to evaluating price on anything other than NFA items. No offense to myself. LOL!!

Sure wish I had seen it first. I didn't have the info you needed but I still would have bought it as I like projects.
