Not sure where you heard that the dude with the pole tried to hit him. If he did it was not immediately prior to getting smoked.

And I did not write that I had heard the guy with the pole tried to hit the shooter; I wrote that "I am cynical enough to wonder if the videos (I had seen) were edited" to possibly hide something like that.

But sincerely I do think posting about being excited about killing folks or folks being killed is a sign of being deeply unserious about gun ownership. Yes this is a forum away from normies. But acting as cartoonishly as anti gun rights folks paint us is just sad or suspicious. Everyone here should know what is actually a justifiable use of force and acting otherwise is just cringey.

Call the police and tell them you're being illegally detained by protesters. The key would be to find the applicable statutes to use. Unlawful detention is usually pretty specific as to who and what circumstances.
