"He has numerous prior charges for motor vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, larceny from a motor vehicle, and history of resisting police. "

Why is this person still on the streets? How about some maggot control instead of gun control. The Pizza man is safe and well today because he had a gun, and four maggots payed the price of their maggotry even if the price is not permanent. Maggots need to fear their victims.

Because his mother says he's a good boy, he just got in with the wrong crowd?

I don't deliver pizzas, but I do travel thru the Least Side of Charlotte occasionally between University and Independence. I do have something that will handle 4 or 5 of these little thuglets if I can put the red dot on them. The flames from a short barrel AR should give them all new hairdos quickly even with a miss.

The good thing is these low life's thin out themselves quite frequently in the Democratic Socialist City of Charlotte. Yet the leaders can't understand why they had 100+ murders last year. The PD arrest them the the courts turn them back out to do it again.

Police are investigating after a man shot three of four people who they said ambushed him and tried to rob him overnight outside an east Charlotte apartment complex. ...

Pull quote:
The incident highlights the growing problem of robberies, specifically involving teenagers. In this case, they did not have a real gun, but in many others they do and activists said that is at the heart of Charlotte’s rising violent crime rate.

Apparently "activists" are unable to follow a logical line of reasoning.

Real gun or toy gun does not really matter. The toy gun has the same power of persuasion to a victim until the victim starts fighting back, hopefully with overwhelming force using a real gun.

Liberals have no shame and no logical thoughts.

THIS is why the victim was able to hit 3 of the 4 assailants.

Pretty darn difficult for the bad guy to run when he wears his pants halfway down his legs.

Which is why I don't mind idiots like these dressing like the idiots they are.

Its not a gun problem, its a people/cultural problem.

Why are they too blind to see this?

They're NOT blind at all.

What's happening in the streets are power plays on a small scale.

What's happening on the government level with these activists, however, is no less a part play... only on a much, much larger scale.

And they know this.

This^, Fads will mess you up if you're inclined to misbehave. I remember a while back when the light up shoes were popular amongst some folks. Cops couldn't help but laugh when somebody would try to run from them in the dark.

Called them Felony Fliers.

Most takeout orders are paid online, they would be better off taking the car with all the pizza inside.
Pizza delivery driver had his car stolen in front of my house sometime in the last couple years. Somebody called in an order with my address. He came to my door, and they took his car while he was at my door. They were (most likely) hiding behind a pickup parked in front of the house across from mine.

They need violent criminals on the streets to keep the good people afraid.... more crime = more fear = more police control = more tax money collected under the guise of "fighting crime". The worse it gets, the more money and freedom the .gov can take from the citizens in the name of "safety".

I wonder if the delivery drive will lose his job because of his actions.......

.

Very possibly.

HOWEVER...it's a pizza delivery job. It's not as if that's not a high turnover job with job openings everywhere you turn. Even the same pizza company at a different location.

Trust me...if you're a driver who can actually be depended on to show up to work when you're scheduled, and even work more when called in need, you're solid gold.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your (recoil) rod and your (JHP)staff, they comfort me ..... along with 600 lumens of LED light and 15+ rounds of expanding hollowpoints.

I have read that in Israel there is a certain wadi called the Wadi Kelt, which literally means the valley of the shadow. It lies between Jericho and Jerusalem, and is the main route by which shepherds would take their flocks from the Jordan River valley to the hill country of Judea. It has steep cliffs and many caves, and it is easy to get lost there. Bandits would hide in the caves and ambush travelers passing through.

And people think being a cop is high risk. Combine either a convenience store clerk or pizza delivery with the job in Charlotte and you go directly to the top of the death wish.
