The article says the cops felt threatened by his actions.

...including in that specific hospital. And to think, it's even in a "nice" area.

I've been there several times, and my FIL just finished up a stay there. Chalk it up to another "told ya so" place I can tell those who look at me like I'm paranoid for carrying everywhere.
