Mandalorian Season 2 Thread ***Spoilers May Be Inside!

Can't wait for new season. Wife took and interest in season one then we watched all of star wars movies . Its great.
 
season two looks so amazing! I honestly had become so disenfranchised with the Star Wars universe. I fell in love with this show!
Makes Star Wars feel like it did when I was a kid. I am really looking forward to it!
 
Hate to see buzz/chatter that there were "problems" with the crew/cast/management at the end of filming and it may jeopardize a third season. Maybe it was strategic rumors to generator buzz for the season (not that it needed it). People always have a way of screwing up good things!

Looking forward to season 2, as well.

It is all because of Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau. They rediscovered the Samurai Western in Space theme which makes the original so good. IMHO

Depending on the age of your kids, also check out the Disney Gallery - Star Wars: The Mandalorian. Eight episodes of what went into making it. If they’re too young, they might not enjoy it...but I thought it was really good insight.

It's a great show, but even if it sucked - I'd watch it for Gina Carano. She's been tormenting lefty-loonies lately on twitter and it's been wonderful.

We did two episodes yesterday, and two more today.

Planning on two Tuesday and two Wednesday, so we’ll be ready for Friday!!
 
This is for Season 1, but just came out a couple days ago. Figured I’d put it here instead of bumping the original thread. Really enjoyed this one!

We still have 7 & 8 to go...but will watch them right before S2:E1 tomorrow night. Too much going on last night and tonight.

Really looking forward to it.
 
First episode of season two was quite good I thought.
But I thought Darth Maul was later, and don’t understand why the Gina Carano character stole Baby Yoda and betrayed Mando. Wasn’t expecting that at all.

amy sedaris was a good choice for that role too.
i'm shocked at the number of people signing up for a bit part on a weekly western.
 
I thought I’d posted this earlier in the week, but I’m not seeing it anywhere. I just found out on Monday who is playing the Mandalorian armorer. It’s the lady that’s the doctor Jason (David Boreanaz) is seeing in the Seal Team TV show.

And now that you know one of the storm troopers that stole Baby Yoda near the end of season 1 is Jason Sudeikis, it’s very clear where you hear him speak...especially since we watched his Ted Lasso series recently (highly recommend).

Fun seeing Filoni and several of the directors as rebel pilots last year.
 
Got to watch it tonight and loved it.
