Yes this terrible and should be exposed. Having said that the most important thing is we care for soldiers like this guy. Good care.
You can expose all this and not one thing will be done. As cold as it sounds nobody but those effected and a few congressmen care. The public will read about it and the memories will not last till lunch. The ultimate man responsible is the guy who did not plan the pullout. Joe Biden. Nobody has and will do a damn thing to him. He’s been untouchable for 47 years.

This is symptomatic of other things, not just exposing the administration. To have mid-level military leadership unable to make a tactical decision because they are unaware of the ROEs is maddening and unacceptable. If this guy or his teammate pulled the trigger, they would have been scapegoated if ANYTHING had gone wrong, hung out to dry.
