With a heel toe shifter it’s no problem but that doesn’t look like a bike that would run those.

almost impossible to fit an airbox. but it was around for racing. you had to hope your tires did not toss FOD into the intake.

Exhaust side of the head needed to be exposed to airstream on street bikes. Water cooling made it work, and there were some two-stroke race bikes with reversed heads.
