So, I bought a Zenith MKE Z5K pistol from a super nice guy the other day off of another forum, but please don't hold that against us, lol. I had used a 9mm HK MP5K in the early 90's with my job and enjoyed shooting it tremendously, but found it lacking and felt that a 5.56/223 was a better weapon for my needs, so I passed it along.

Now, after all these years, I have a toy and they make this awesome folding brace for it, oh boy! I buy it immediately and it arrives. I am only to be disappointed to find lots of slop between the brace arm and the lock mechanism. I felt like Charlie Brown after missing the football. But, then I remembered the best shim ever, velcro, so I go to Lowe's and buy some heavy duty velcro and go back home and cut out a piece wide enough to cover the piece that the arm fits over. I trim it carefully, leaving a tiny amount. My camera catches it of course so now, I'll have to go back and trim some more but it is rock solid.

No more slop, rocking up and down, piece of crap SB Tactical folding brace, it works great now.

Just wanted to share my experience with you guys. I spent $247 for SB Tactical folding brace from HK Parts.net. It worked out well for me because I don't mind having something that's not perfect. But in reality, the product is faulty and should be recalled. Just FYI for anyone else looking to spend that kind of money.
Good luck, thanks for reading and stay safe!
