I've made one of these for 80/40/30/20 .... it worked fine, and I learned that the far ends need to be separated by a foot or more. I dropped a 6' piece of small PVC pipe from the far end of the longest element with holes ever 18" or so, and used those (plus some nylon cord) to hold the shorter element ends apart. It worked fine but I liked my sloper better for 160/80/40 and modified it to an 80/40 trap dipole.
The idea in the illustration works fine. One can make an all bander for essentially the cost of the wire.
