After having recent customer service experiences that range from lackluster to infuriating, I received a breath of fresh air today.

I have had a NAA mini revolver for a couple years that was noticeably out of time. I put it on the back burner until today when I phoned NAA and they said no problem, lifetime warranty,..we'll fix it. They will also pay for shipping on guns manufactured within the last two years; unfortunately, mine was two months past that. "No big deal, we'll send you a label."

Thank you! I would have gladly paid the shipping, but just little things like that go such a long way to making the customer happy. All this, and the gun only cost $200.

I can't complain about the service I've received from NAA. The guns are questionable. I had two, a Pug and a Sidewinder. The Pug locked up the first time I shot it. The Sidewinder after I shot it I took it home and tried to clean it and couldn't get the cylinder open. Both went back on NAA's dime and were fixed. Upon receiving them back, long story short, almost the same thing happened over again. Again back for repair on their dime. Upon getting them back I sold both. It was really too bad I got bad one's because I really like the PUG. I usually dropped it in my pocket when I was out walking my dog. I replaced it with a LCP Gen 2 and it has worked flawlessly.

I've never had any issues with mine since the early 90s when Clinton took office.

That's unfortunate Jim. I wonder if the PUG and Sidewinder have any engineering challenges that weren't quite worked out.

Mine really only serves as an interesting novelty and pocket candy. It has worked flawlessly (even being a bit out of time) and rings steel plates at 10 yds pretty easily.

I really liked that Pug but I wasn't going to go three strikes with NAA. I was actually at a gun show recently and stopped and was again looking at one. Then my better sense kicked in and I walked away. LOL.
I know many people love them and have no problems so I think I just had some bad luck with the one's I bought.
