Can anyone close to Concord, weld a broken weld on a garden cart wheel? It is a 2 piece wheel on a garden cart that the weld broke the other day and I don't want to pay a fortune for a new tire/wheel. The original "weld" was done after the wheel and the hub were both painted, so there was virtually no penetration. (hopefully the pic shows up.)
If someone could do this, I will remove the bearings, remove the hub from the wheel and remove the paint so it can be welded properly.
So far, I'm only finding a new tire/wheel combo for around $25 and I only paid about $70 for the entire cart years ago. If anyone knows where I could find just a new wheel cheap let me know. The tire/wheel is 13 x 5.00-6.
Thanks
