SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Puerto Rico’s elections commission said Tuesday that it has discovered more than 100 briefcases containing uncounted ballots a week after the U.S. territory held its general election, drawing criticism and scorn from voters who now question the validity of the outcomes of certain races.

The ONLY non in person ballots should be the military and validated handicap persons, period! And these should be counted BEFORE any in person voting begins so the numbers are the numbers at the end of the day!

Why would ballots, uncounted or otherwise, be in briefcases?

Agree completely. I was talking about this with a friend over the weekend. Any mail-ins are done beforehand and recorded, so double voting isn’t possible.

I believe this vote was for PRs own election items, not for US president.
That’s this time. Four years from now, they’ll vote as our 51st state.
