Me and my brother both only own 1 Glock each and they’re both G45’s. They do feel and shoot good.

IIRC, the direct mounts are mostly only available for blue label G45 and tbh it makes sense since there still isn't a true universal optic mount for the general market.

I have a 19, 17 and a 45 and IME, yes the 45 shoots better. Actually, I don’t know if “better” is the right term, but it’s definitely a softer shooter. Think about it, you have the same size grip to hold on to but less reciprocating mass on top. S

Same reason, I went with a 43X over a 48. I also only shoot optics so the longer sight radius is irrelevant to me.

It's very real, just hard to find them in the wild even if you have blue label credentials. They occasionally pop on on Gunbroker, but you gotta be quick to get them.

How could it shoot any different than a G19? It should just hold (and print) more. Since most people can fit all their fingers on a 19 size grip I don't see any positive other than greater capacity.

I think I'd rather have the 49 if I wasn't planning on an optic.

I am kinda split on this, like it’s been mentioned many times, they have only been playing around with different combinations of slides and frames, nothing new. But the flip side, do i really want them to make major changes or reinvent the wheel?
