That’s right, i said metal! They always been known for their polymer weapons but they now have forrayed into metal land. They had come out with their P15 which was indeed a 15 round plastic fantastic striker fired. And low and behold i spied an unusual compact in FG&G’s cases and upon closer inspection what do you know. keltec P15 metal. With wood grips no less. Actually felt pretty good in the hand and not a bad trigger either. But in the same price range as a 365 or a hellcat so i think it may have a hard road. But…. It was interesting with it’s 15 rounds of 9mm

Looks to me like a S&W model 39 or something similar.
I applaud them for attempting a metal on metal pistol. It's just s shame they chose a grip safety and the frame is still held together by screws.

The sold out of the plastic version long ago, and the metal ones have been languishing on their web store for a while now. Probably because of pricing... at least that's why I'm less than tempted to get one even though I've tried all things keltec (mostly).

Interesting they finally put one in the retail case, might have to make a trip down to check it out.

Yep. Spotted one at Poppie's a few days ago. Looked interesting. Then I saw Kel-Tec logo. Lost interest.
They've got about all the money they're gonna get outta me for their poorly executed wonderful ideas.

I don't know, I had a SU16B and liked it and still have a SUB2000 which I also dig. Granted some of their fancier stuff (bullpubs in particular) had some teething issues...

Worth fondling just to see what it is

It could be one of the best shooting, most reliable guns out there, but I just cannot get past small grip safeties. I hate them on some 1911's, I hate them on the XD, and I hate them on this.

Grip and mag safeties can be disabled by just rotating a selector inside the frame.

Be better if they just weren't there but I suspect some nanny states want that stuff.

Even the feel of them in the grip bugs me with rare exception.

With Keltic you either get a super nice gun or you get a POS. Usually no in between. Jus sayin.
