New Leupold Delta Point Micro Red Dot

I'd have to try it, but it looks like a target sight for the range, not something for defensive use. The hole looks like it requires perfect alignment to see the dot. Not an improvement over irons.
 
Reminds me of that weird Sig P365 SAS sight but bigger and adjustable. Might be nice for older eyes since you don't have to focus on as much stuff. I'd rather have a bigger window personally.
