Got a .32 HR mag, found Lil'gun was the best published data. Good for .410 too so I grabbed a lb and tried with 100 XTPs.

Very pleasant shooting and tight group to start with no pressure signs at all. I'll load some more and test at longer range but this caliber in a 4" SP 101 won't be used too far away.

Studied Lil'gun data and it beats H110 in .357 with equal velocity and much lower pressure. Can't keep up tho after the .41, seems ideal for the smaller bore magnums. I'll buy a 4 lb jug next trip and set up the .410 MEC as well.

I use Lil'gun to great effect in 22 Hornet. Fill up the case, pop a bullet on top and go shoot little tiny groups (or really big squirrels, ground hogs, prairie dogs, etc.)

If I weren't anal retentive about reloading I wouldn't even have to measure the load.

There are rumors that Lil'gun is bad for flame cutting the top strap on revolvers. Not sure how true that is.

Yeah - rumors. They go good with a grain of salt . . .

Possible origin is folks trying to push light bullets at mach 2 velocities with huge powder charges. Not overly concerned for my application.
