New Winchester Wildcat .22LR Semi-Auto

Looks like Winchester is back in the semi-auto .22LR game with a new rifle called the Wildcat. Looks interesting and it looks like it the mags are dead ringers for 10-22 mags.

Well, unless they are already producing 25 round mags for it, it looks like the guy was shooting with a ruger type extended mag.

I'm digging the clean-from-the-rear feature, but I'm not keen on that skeletonized stock. Still, I'd give one a go and check it out. It might make a fun addition to the stable.

If they aren't more than a 10/22 I'd likely get one, especially if they take 10/22 mags

The new striker-fired semi-auto .22LR uses Ruger 10/22 compatible rotary magazines and sports a button-rifled chrome moly barrel with a recessed target-style crown and fully-adjustable rear ghost rings sights.

Looks pretty cool. Not a huge fan of the stock, but Magpul will likely fix that problem.
