Got together with a few friends on NYE and just Barbara and myself to watch football on New Year's day.
Cooked a brisket for NYE and the first time wrapping it in peach paper and it was great. I figured it was good when the girls were cutting it and they were all picking at it. Will suggest wrapping a brisket if you are smoking one. The ribs were the first time smoking them. For the first 3 hours I had the temp set at 225 and the last hour 250. Very juicy but will not do spareribs again. Next time, it will be baby back ribs. Had a slab and a half left over.

NYE we had chicken paprikas that was requested by youngest son.

Yesterday we had champagne brunch with crepes and sausage balls.

We had our Christmas dinner last evening with most of the gang.

Nothing wrong with leftover ribs. Make some barbecue spaghetti. I usually use sausage, but some of people prefer rib meat.
