Beautiful!

Chateaubriand with Béarnaise Sauce, hassellback potatoes with caviar and truffle salt, and mixed baby greens salad with blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette

That reads more French than Ko rean to me...so...???? Oh, Korean, "style".

Jealous!

Do you do the pickling? I got some ball jar attachments for Christmas and am just starting to plan for something. Love some spicy kimchee!

Yup. I make the kimchi, pickled radish, cucumbers, cauliflower etc....

Here are 2 good versions of Kimchi.

@wvwould you give a description of each item?

I did check your location, wish you were closer :(

-The meats are marinated Galbi. There is prime short rib and pork.
-The yellow dish in the ceramic bowl is steamed eggs
-There is white kimichi not spicy and then red kimichi which is spicy
-Pickled cucumbers
-Radish Kimichi
-Pickled Chayote & Jalapeno
-Dwenjang Jigae which is fermented soybean soup with tofu not pictured.
-Sesame Spinach
-SSamjang Sauce for the meat

The side dishes are called Banchan. You grill the meats and then put a little Ssamjang sauce on a lettuce leaf, add some rice and then whatever Banchan you want and eat it like a taco.

Oh and I almost forgot the most important part. Soju! You can drink it straight out of small cups like Sake or you can mix it with beer. It is like a lower alcohol vodka made from grains and rice.
