The left tube in my BNVD-SGs just quit on me a little over a week ago (16th). Tube looked dim, enough for me to wonder what was going on, then flickered a couple of times and, poof - dead. Bummer.

I called NVD the next morning (17th) and talked to the sales rep I bought them through (Malcom). He transferred me to the warranty department (Tim) but, no answer, had to leave a message. Within 30 minutes, Tim called back to see what was up and sent me a UPS label to send the unit back.

The unit arrived back at NVD last Friday afternoon (19th). Monday, I got a call from Tim to confirm that the tube was dead (duh) and that it would be covered/replaced under the 10-year warranty.

I got the repaired unit back today (27th), 10 days from when I sent it back. The new tube is equivalent to the one they replaced.

A great customer service experience and, to me, an extremely fast turn around by the warranty department. I can’t recommend NVD enough!
