We have a new dual fuel range coming in a month. Until it arrives we are preparing meals with a couple crockpots, toaster oven, and microwave. We are running out of recipes. - any suggestions?

You need an air fryer. They help a lot.
This. Get an air fryer. Amazon will have one at your door tomorrow.

Go to Walmart and buy some pork dust. Then look up air fryer recipes.

There are a boatload out there and so far, all the ones we’ve tried have been delicious.

Gonna do some goat cheese and spinach stuffed flank steak tomorrow.

Echo air fryer and get a backup standalone burner, you can use it for parties or cooking outdoors when something is smelly or (in case of butane version) in case of power or gas disruption.

Duxtop 1800W Portable Induction Cooktop Countertop Burner, Gold 8100MC/BT-180G3 https://a.co/d/cYlOf3S

Iwatani 35FW Single-Burner Butane Portable Cooktop Indoor & Outdoor Cooking Stove Medium https://a.co/d/a83Dxcx

I’ve got both of the above and they work great. Note for induction you need a magnetic iron or steel pan. Cast iron works fine.

Being without a stove top can be tough,. Get a hot plate to replicate one. An instant pot is another great investment spaghetti, pot roast chicken Alfredo etc.

We moved into our house in 2013 and promptly ripped out the kitchen....A gas grill, air fryer, Instant Pot, toaster oven, and induction hot plate will make just about any food out there you want.

We hardly use our actual oven anymore other than to keep stuff in.

Crock pot?

Toss some chicken breasts in there with some taco seasoning of your choice. Cook until done (about 2 hours on high) and shred. Make chicken tacos.

Make crock pot spaghetti.

Chicken alfreto in the crock pot.

Pork roast in a crock pot:

You could even do a pot roast in a crock pot.

I don't know the size of your toaster oven, but you can get some french bread, cut a chunk of the loaf to fit the toaster oven, cut it into slices about 2 inches thick, mix some garlic powder/salt into some butter, butter all the slices. Then stack them back together, butter across the top, wrap in foil, and pop it into the toaster oven at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes.

When we started the renovation, we moved into our travel trailer with a propane stove. I said it's pretty damned bad when the travel trailer has a better kitchen than your house,

Lots of good recipes on there.

This. I'm surprised grilling hasn't been mentioned more often in this thread. It would be my immediate go-to if the oven/stove were rendered unusable.

The beauty of it is you don't have to go all out and by some super wham-o-dyne grill to get by, either. Just a decent gas grill for about $150 or so will be plenty large enough to do decent amounts of food, will last for several years, and a single $20 tank of propane lasts a loooooong time compared to anything else you can use.
